Refund policy
At Kings Jewelers, we do not offer refunds. All eligible returns are limited to store credit or exchanges.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We gladly offer exchanges on eligible items that are unworn and returned with the original receipt and packaging. Exchange requests must be made within 3 days of receiving your item for online purchases or within 7 days of purchase for in-store purchases.
The following items are not eligible for exchange:
- Custom-made pieces
- Personalized items
- Special orders
- Altered items, including resized jewelry
- Any worn items
Please note that deposits on custom orders are non-refundable.

Shipping Policy:
Each Kings Jewelers creation is hand-made when ordered. Please allow between 7 days to 21 business days on top of shipping for your custom piece of jewelry to arrive. Most orders are ready to ship within 2-3 days of order, but some require additional time in production.
We will do our best to resolve any issues.
