Shipping policy

Most in-stock orders are ready to ship within 2–3 business days.

Many Kings Jewelers pieces are hand-made when ordered — including Cuban link jewelry, custom pieces, and lab diamond jewelry. Please allow between 7 and 21 business days for your piece to be made, on top of shipping time.

Shipping options and costs are shown at checkout. Delivery time after your order ships depends on the shipping method selected.

Local pickup: Available at our Pembroke Lakes Mall store for in-stock items, ready in 2–4 days. Made-to-order pieces are ready for pickup once they are made (2–3 weeks) — we will contact you when your piece is ready.
